Title: Pepper Relish 2

Yield: 1 Batch

6 Red bell peppers
6 Green bell peppers
6mdOnions
1cSugar
2tsKosher salt
1 1/2cVinegar

Chop peppers and onions rather finely (by hand, in the food processor, or by running through a grinder.)

Cover chopped vegetables with boiling water and let stand for five minutes. Drain, add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, and simmer 20 minutes. Put in hot, sterile jars and seal (boiling water bath for 10 minutes.)
